National POMC
National POMC was formed in 1978 in Cincinnati, OH by Robert and Charlotte Hullinger, after the murder of their daughter Lisa Hullinger.

POMC has since grown into a national organization, and is the only support group dedicated solely to support of survivors of homicide victims, with chapters across the country. 

National POMC provides such programs as:

Second Opinion Services (SOS)

Delaware County POMC
The Delaware County Chapter of POMC was founded in 1995 by Barbara DiMario, after the murder of her daughter Hope Ann DiMario-Popoleo and her friend, Rick Pepe. 

Delco POMC holds monthly support group meetings in Norwood, and coordinates the Living Memorial Gardens in Upper Chichester. 

Support group meetings provide a place to talk without judgement, validation of your feelings, hope, love and support. We're a group that can truly say, "We know how you feel." It is our hope you will find solace through the support of others.
